Counselling
People seek support from a therapist for many different reasons.
You may be struggling with anxiety or depression, relationships, communication difficulties, or family stress. Perhaps you’ve experienced a bereavement or are coping with a serious illness.
Maybe you experience challenges such as OCD, insomnia, panic attacks, or flashbacks related to a traumatic incident. You may have an eating disorder or you have a dependency on alcohol or drugs, maybe even an addiction. and it’s affecting your relationships and work.
It is important to recognise that none of these things is abnormal.
They are the things that make us human!
Recognising your own mental health issues and then taking the step of self-care in finding a counsellor or psychotherapist is not always easy.
