I combine interpersonal skills coaching, backed by my Diploma in Counselling Skills and currently in placement as a trainee Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist under my Level 4 Advanced Counselling Skills Diploma, and numerous psychology qualifications, with my extensive business skills and experience, to underpin my approach to taking you on your journey towards discovering and developing the whole you. This is not something traditional business coaches or personal coaches can usually encompass.
I have a wealth of lived experience of life's challenges which I draw upon in my work with you from a personal aspect, and over 30 years of experience in starting, building and selling on successful operating businesses, as well as numerous board level roles with all categories of organisation, from startups to global corporates, which supports and informs my work with you from a professional perspective.
I continue to work with CEO's of startup businesses to mentor them through the early stages of developing a successful offering, and are regularly called back in to provide executive advice as their companies grow.
I am also certified as a Wellness and Peak Performance Coach, and trained a number of soft and specialist skills, including:
